Refund and Returns Policy

At innojaa tech LLP, we always strive to deliver fresh, high-quality groceries and vegetables right to your doorstep. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refund and return policy will help ensure a smooth resolution.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund in the following cases:

• The delivered product is damaged, spoiled, or of poor quality.
• The item delivered is different from what you ordered.
• The quantity delivered is less than what was paid for.

Refunds will not be applicable for:

• Products that were delivered correctly but you changed your mind later.
• Items consumed or used after delivery.
• Delay caused due to uncontrollable reasons (traffic, weather, natural causes).

2. Refund Request Timeline

• Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team.
• Requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible.

3. Refund Process

• Once your request is verified, we will initiate a refund.
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (wallet, UPI, card, or net banking) within 5–7 business days.
• In case of wallet payments, the refund may be provided to your Nijaa wallet for quicker use.

4. Replacement Option

If you prefer, instead of a refund, we can:

• Replace the incorrect or damaged product in your next delivery.
• Adjust the amount as a credit for your next order.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 15 minutes of placing them through the Nijaa.in app/website.
• Once the order is packed and dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
