• Nijaa.in does not store your card or UPI details on its servers.

3. Fraud Protection

• Every transaction is monitored for suspicious activity.
• If we detect unusual behavior, your order/payment may be temporarily held until verified.

4. Refunds to the Original Mode of Payment

• In case of refunds, the amount will always be returned to the same payment method used during purchase.
• Refund timelines depend on your bank but generally take 5–7 working days.

5. Customer Responsibility

• Always use your own payment method and avoid sharing OTPs or card details.
• Nijaa.in will never ask for your password, ATM PIN, or OTP.
